Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sourcing strategies for senior to principal-level cybersecurity talent
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for passive candidates
• Conduct market mapping and talent research
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate technical requirements
• Craft personalized outreach to U.S.-based candidates
• Maintain high-quality pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Track pipeline activity and maintain ATS accuracy

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• 1 year focused on technical roles in cybersecurity
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for senior-level roles
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains
• Professional English proficiency
