Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sourcing strategies for senior to principal-level cybersecurity talent
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for passive candidates
- Conduct market mapping and talent research
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate technical requirements
- Craft personalized outreach to U.S.-based candidates
- Maintain high-quality pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Track pipeline activity and maintain ATS accuracy
Requirements
- 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
- 1 year focused on technical roles in cybersecurity
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for senior-level roles
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains
- Professional English proficiency
