Compensation

Base pay range for this position is $35 – $40 per hour, with final compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines
• Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Extend offers, negotiate salary and terms, and manage the pre-employment process
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and track recruiting metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or at a staffing agency
• Excellent communication skills
