Compensation

Base pay for this position is $52-65,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies
• Act as a brand ambassador through relationship development with clients and community organizations
• Handle full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions
• Attend scheduled job fairs and recruiting events

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience
• Valid US driver's license in good standing
• Ability to travel up to 30% locally
