Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering to build the university program
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for new graduates and interns
• Develop relationships with university groups for branding
• Plan and execute on-campus events
• Ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process
• Drive positive candidate experiences
• Build and iterate on the internship program
• Share data-centric updates with stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years full-cycle sourcing/recruiting experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create a strategic campus strategy
• Data-driven approach to problem solving
• Flexibility to shift tasks and priorities
