Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering to build the university program

- Build and iterate on the internship program
- Share data-centric updates with stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years full-cycle sourcing/recruiting experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create a strategic campus strategy
- Data-driven approach to problem solving
- Flexibility to shift tasks and priorities
