Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to understand role requirements
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches
• Build targeted sourcing strategies and manage candidate processes
• Drive offer processes and act as a strategic advisor
• Lead initiatives to improve technical recruiting operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience
• Demonstrated track record hiring for deeply technical engineering roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence at various levels in an organization
• Operationally strong and detail-oriented
