Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Engineering leadership to understand role requirements
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches
  • Build targeted sourcing strategies and know the companies and teams worth pursuing
  • Run candidate processes with urgency and care
  • Drive offer processes including negotiations and closing candidates
  • Act as a strategic advisor to anticipate hiring needs
  • Lead initiatives to improve technical recruiting operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience
  • Experience hiring for deeply technical engineering roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence at various organizational levels
  • Operationally strong and detail-oriented
