  • Drive offer processes and act as a strategic advisor
  • Lead initiatives to improve technical recruiting operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience
  • Experience hiring for deeply technical engineering roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Operationally strong and detail-oriented
