Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering leadership to understand technical role requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex searches across the Engineering organization
- Support university recruiting efforts and build relationships with universities
- Develop innovative recruiting strategies to meet hiring needs
- Coordinate with the sourcing team for talent pipeline strategies
- Maintain data integrity and share updates with stakeholders
- Drive offer processes including negotiations and closing candidates
- Compile and analyze data to support business decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience
- Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup
- Fluency with Boolean search operators and x-ray searches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence at various organizational levels
