Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering leadership to understand technical role requirements
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex searches across the Engineering organization
  • Support university recruiting efforts and build relationships with universities
  • Develop innovative recruiting strategies to meet hiring needs
  • Coordinate with the sourcing team for talent pipeline strategies
  • Maintain data integrity and share updates with stakeholders
  • Drive offer processes including negotiations and closing candidates
  • Compile and analyze data to support business decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup
  • Fluency with Boolean search operators and x-ray searches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence at various organizational levels
