Responsibilities

• Identify and engage companies within the IT sector to generate new contract staffing opportunities
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop targeted sales strategies
• Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Pitch staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure client agreements
• Expand existing accounts by identifying additional project needs and skill gaps
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of agency experience in client-facing or sales-driven roles
• Strong understanding of IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends
• Proven success with cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups
