Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for IT roles
• Utilize candidate networks, databases, job boards, and social media to source candidates
• Select candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain contact with IT professionals
• Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven IT recruiting experience
• Strong ability to review and understand IT requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
