Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for data center services
• Build and maintain supplier portfolios across multiple geographies
• Conduct market research and supplier landscape analysis
• Lead the supplier onboarding process from identification through contract execution
• Negotiate master service agreements and pricing frameworks
• Design and implement supplier performance scorecards and KPIs
• Establish regular business review cadences with strategic suppliers
• Partner with internal teams to translate requirements into sourcing strategies
• Monitor supplier market dynamics and identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships
• Solid understanding of procurement processes
• Proven ability to develop and track supplier performance metrics
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
