Responsibilities

• Provide engagement execution support to the client and the team
• Manage the various stages of the search process
• Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information
• Support business development opportunities identified during the search process

Requirements

• Relevant Executive Search experience within the Luxury sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous
