Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment delivery and team development
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Commercial (Sales) and Corporate roles across ANZ and APAC
• Carry own requisition load while ensuring delivery excellence
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and influence decisions
• Execute Executive Search activities for senior roles
• Build strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing and market mapping
• Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure a positive experience
