Responsibilities
- Source candidates using multiple channels
- Screen candidates for open positions
- Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to share progress
- Identify and suggest improvements in the hiring process
- Create candidate summaries detailing skills, experience, and evaluations
- Promote direct sourcing
- Explain the appeal of positions and client value propositions to candidates
- Input data into ATS and manage operations and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing and screening within the Tech/IT industry
- Communication experience with stakeholders such as Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Business-level Japanese and intermediate-level English proficiency
