Responsibilities

• Source candidates using multiple channels
• Screen candidates for open positions
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Identify and suggest improvements in the hiring process
• Create candidate summaries based on skills and experience
• Promote direct sourcing
• Explain position appeal and client value propositions to candidates
• Input data into ATS and manage operations, including interview coordination

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Communication experience with stakeholders
• Business-level Japanese and intermediate-level English
