Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
- Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings
- Recruit, evaluate, and place technology professionals in full-time positions
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
- Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participate in industry trade associations to increase company presence
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT-related field
- Successful permanent placement recruiting experience
- Computer science or information systems-related degree preferred
