Responsibilities
- Develop and grow client base for full-time placement solutions
- Source, screen, and qualify IT candidates
- Interview candidates to assess skills and work history
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent
- Select candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Resolve customer service issues to ensure satisfaction
- Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
Requirements
- 2+ years of business to business development experience
- Experience in an IT related field preferred
- Proven closing skills
- Ability to build client relationships
