Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers
- Own the operating model for recruiting, including capacity planning and hiring forecasts
- Use data to track metrics and guide decisions
- Act as a strategic partner to anticipate hiring needs
- Improve recruiting processes and increase hiring quality
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- 3+ years of experience managing recruiting teams
- Experience in high-growth environments
- Ability to partner with executives and senior stakeholders
