Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent for open roles through various sourcing methods
• Screen candidates to match qualifications with open roles
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes
• Ensure follow-up and closure for all interviewed candidates
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates
• Enhance recruitment processes through training interview teams
• Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain clean data

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, either in-house or in a staffing agency environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions
• Exceptional selling and negotiation skills
