Responsibilities

• Maintain above average performance metrics
• Provide business generation leadership and direction to direct reports
• Participate in the recruitment of new hires
• Drive revenue generating activities and practice group performance
• Manage time, plan, and multi-task effectively
• Lead customer retention and expansion strategy

Requirements

• 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience
• Proven performance in a talent manager/director role
• Demonstrated success in business generation and driving business development
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
