Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates
• Interview prospective IT candidates to assess skill set and work history
• Select candidates to fulfill client job orders
• Maintain contact with IT professionals on assignment
• Develop and maintain a strong database of skilled IT talent
• Promote an inclusive work environment

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in IT recruiting
• Strong desire to build a national candidate network
• Demonstrated success in business generation
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
