Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for bakery, retail, and corporate roles.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and applicant tracking system.
• Support HR initiatives including employee engagement, compliance, and training coordination.
• Assist with general HR administrative duties as needed.
