Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for Technology roles
• Advise senior stakeholders on the Talent Acquisition process
• Identify and implement creative sourcing strategies
• Drive recruiting activities and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with HR and Compensation teams to formulate offers
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of information in the applicant tracking system

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience within a corporate firm or progressive search firm
• Experience in sourcing and full-life cycle recruiting covering Technology
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and internet recruiting
