Compensation

The typical pay rate for this position is $25/hour to $31/hour, negotiable based on experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract and contract to full-time hiring
• Devise search strategies and draft advertisements
• Evaluate resumes and coordinate interviews
• Conduct interviews and set up assessments
• Provide coaching and feedback to candidates
• Participate in networking organizations and events
• Strategize with teammates to achieve business growth goals
• Manage candidate relationships and maintain satisfaction
• Maintain accuracy of applications in the internal applicant tracking system

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a non-managerial role
• Working knowledge of technology functions and software
