Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing search strategies
• Identify potential candidates and validate their fit for client needs
• Prepare position specifications and candidate presentations
• Communicate effectively with the search team and clients
• Contribute to business development initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search or strategy consulting
• Experience with private equity clients is preferred
• Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate degree a plus
