Responsibilities

• Scope positions with clients through listening sessions
• Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research and outreach
• Cultivate and evaluate prospective candidates
• Present candidate pools to clients via meetings
• Manage candidate information flow and update the firm's database

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-4 years of progressively responsible professional experience
• Experience in development and/or alumni relations is a plus
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with people at all levels of an organization
