Base pay range for this position is $9 – $11 per hour, based on experience and geographic location.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound applicant flow across DashMart Operations roles
- Review and screen inbound applications in Greenhouse
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and prescreening
- Source additional candidates through job boards when needed
- Apply screening criteria consistently across sites
- Track pipeline health and sourcing metrics
- Coordinate closely with recruiters and DoorDash recruiting partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting
- Experience with hourly, operations, or high-volume roles
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Strong judgment in evaluating operations profiles
- Fluency in English
