Responsibilities

• Lead and execute risk assessments for cybersecurity risks
• Monitor and report on compliance with industry standards
• Develop and maintain GRC policies and procedures
• Facilitate compliance initiatives and awareness programs
• Advise on risk mitigation and control strategies
• Track and manage remediation of risk and compliance issues
• Conduct gap analyses and contribute to audit activities
• Mentor junior analysts and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or risk management
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA strongly preferred
