Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
• Foster strong relationships and understand staffing needs
• Coordinate and manage the placement of educational staff

• Track, report, and analyze account performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-level client account management experience
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience in staffing, HR, or related industry
• Valid US Driver's license in good standing

Additional Information

Candidates must be able to sit onsite at a local Bemidji office Monday - Friday with shift hours between 7am-5pm CST. Travel locally up to 20% may be required.
