Management Team Assessment Comprehensive assessment of target company management teams designed to recognize strengths, weaknesses and required augmentation and/or replacement. This consists of deep-dive in person interviews with company leadership, reference checking, and psychometric assessment to evaluate the individual and their participation in the overall team.
