Compensation

Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $70,000 starting, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments within imaging and radiology
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships and qualify them for job opportunities
• Educate prospective candidates on the benefits of a travel healthcare career
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience in sales or staffing
• Minimum of 2+ years success in a sales, staffing agency and/or metrics-driven role
