Compensation

The typical pay rate for this position is $25/hour to $31/hour, negotiable depending upon experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract and contract to full-time hiring
• Devise search strategies and draft advertisements
• Evaluate resumes and coordinate interviews
• Conduct interviews and set up assessments
• Provide coaching and feedback to candidates
• Maintain candidate relationships and satisfaction
• Input necessary criteria into an internal applicant tracking system

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a non-managerial role
• Working knowledge of technology functions and software
