Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to understand technical role requirements
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex searches across the Engineering organization
• Support university recruiting efforts and build relationships with universities
• Lead the development of innovative recruiting strategies
• Coordinate with the sourcing team for talent pipeline strategies
• Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
• Drive offer processes including negotiations and closing candidates
• Compile and analyze data to support business decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience in a high-growth technology company or startup
• Fluency with Boolean search operators and x-ray searches
• Knowledge of technical job profiles including Software Engineers and Data Scientists
