Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of candidate recruitment and placement
• Screen candidates for jobs and present to clients via Vendor Management System (VMS)
• Contact Strategic Accounts Directors or Client Service Managers to determine candidate viability
• Maintain client and candidate satisfaction throughout the quality control process
• Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals
• Ensure job order information is updated in the internal client relationship management system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of business and/or recruitment experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in communication and problem-solving skills
