- Lead In-House and Private Practice teams in Dubai
- Oversee multiple P&Ls and support directors
- Manage key client relationships and ensure SLAs are met
- Set financial and KPI targets for the team
- Promote the Robert Walters brand to clients and candidates
- Identify opportunities for business growth
