Responsibilities

  • Develop position specifications and search strategies with Consultants
  • Conduct industry-specific research and map the executive talent landscape
  • Contact prospective candidates and conduct in-depth interviews
  • Write candidate assessments and manage candidate relationships
  • Assist with client relationship management

Requirements

  • 4-6 years professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience
  • Undergraduate BA/BS degree
  • Experience in Executive Search, Contingent Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
