Responsibilities

• Win and deliver on retained assignments for business leadership appointments
• Partner with clients to understand their business strategy and hiring implications
• Sell and deliver retained executive search assignments
• Prepare project plans and detailed assignment briefs
• Identify target companies and markets for prospective candidates
• Manage research work to create a long-list of candidates
• Engage with prospective candidates to assess suitability
• Conduct thorough and confidential first interviews
• Present a shortlist of candidates with detailed interview reports
• Manage the final stages of the selection and assessment process
• Facilitate negotiation processes and assist with candidate onboarding

Requirements

• 7+ years running a 360 desk
• Proven record of accomplishment in selling and delivering on senior level roles
• Track record of driving net new business $500,000+/year
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as a peer to senior executives
• Well-developed project management skills
