Responsibilities

• Develop position specifications and search strategies with Consultants
• Conduct industry-specific research and candidate assessments
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process
• Assist in client relationship management
• Prepare business development materials

Requirements

• 4-6 years professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Experience in Executive Search, Contingent Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
