Compensation

Pay Rate $82,000 - $97,500, final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for wellness program promotion and alignment with internal committees
• Coordinates and administers multiple wellness initiatives/projects
• Develops long-term wellness strategy to support enterprise goals
• Leads benefit projects including annual open enrollment
• Analyzes benefit data and creates dashboards for strategic planning
• Develops and facilitates presentations about benefit plans
• Researches current benefit trends and recommends programs/changes
• Serves as the main point of contact for sophisticated benefit questions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
• 2-3 years Workday benefit experience
• Experience in benefits administration
• Experience in the delivery and coordination of corporate-based health promotion programs
