Responsibilities

• Support candidate identification efforts by sourcing and assessing top talent
• Conduct industry and market research to support searches
• Collaborate with recruiters to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
• Assist in preparing search documentation and maintaining database accuracy
• Help schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, or professional services
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Effective writing and editing skills
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Internet research
