Responsibilities

• Support candidate identification efforts by sourcing and assessing top talent
• Conduct industry and market research to support searches and business development
• Collaborate with recruiters to define candidate profiles and source candidates
• Assist in preparing search documentation and ensure compliance
• Help schedule and coordinate meetings and maintain project timelines
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Update the internal database with search information and maintain data integrity
• Support the creation of marketing materials for business pitches
• Monitor industry developments and share relevant news

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a recruiting, executive search, and/or professional services environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Effective writing and editing skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple research projects
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
