Responsibilities

• Support candidate identification efforts and sourcing top talent
• Conduct market and competitive analyses
• Collaborate with recruiters to define candidate profiles
• Assist in preparing search documentation and maintaining compliance
• Help schedule and coordinate meetings with clients
• Maintain database accuracy and compliance
• Support the creation of marketing materials for business pitches

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, or professional services
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Effective writing and editing skills
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Internet research and Microsoft Office tools
