Responsibilities

• Scope positions with clients through meetings to gather essential information
• Write, edit, and proofread position descriptions
• Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research and communication
• Implement networking strategies for each search
• Evaluate potential candidates through interviews
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates
• Present candidate pools to clients
• Manage knowledge flow regarding candidates and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree desirable)
• 2-8 years of progressively responsible professional experience
• Understanding of healthcare and organizational dynamics
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to evaluate candidates' accomplishments and organizational fit
