Responsibilities

• Conduct research on industries, companies, and executives to identify business development opportunities
• Support pre-sales activities including target identification and pitch content preparation
• Track and report on business development performance
• Develop and maintain client-facing materials
• Perform targeted market mapping and competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with Practice Leaders to create industry-focused content
• Provide administrative support for events and sponsorships

Requirements

• 0 – 2 years of experience in a recruiting, executive search, and/or professional services environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Effective writing and editing skills
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Internet research and Microsoft Office Suite
