Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of recruitment project deliverables
• Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction
• Ensure quality assurance on recruitment activities
• Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders
• Prepare and participate in project reviews with client and senior management

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organization
• Prior experience in hiring for Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality roles
• Proven Leadership experience
• Ability to interpret reporting data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT Literate with MS Office suite
