Responsibilities

• Align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs
• Identify channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements
• Define, design, and help implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools
• Develop and optimize a broad range of sourcing channels
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework
• Assist clients in defining and developing a compelling employee value proposition
• Source and leverage relevant media and communication channels
• Develop effective candidate relationship management strategies
• Define and lead the framework for client sourcing strategies
• Partner with recruiters and team members to facilitate effective searches
• Provide responsive and proactive customer service

Requirements

• 2+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
• 2+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
• 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• High School Diploma
