Responsibilities

• Source candidates using multiple channels
• Screen candidates for open positions
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, sharing progress
• Identify and suggest improvements in the hiring process
• Create candidate summaries including skills, experience, and evaluations
• Promote direct sourcing
• Explain the position's appeal and client value proposition to candidates
• Input data into ATS and manage operations and coordination tasks

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing and screening for engineering positions
• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry
• Experience communicating with stakeholders such as Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Experience using ATS or CRM tools
• Data management skills using Excel
• Business-level Japanese and intermediate English proficiency
