Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment assignments and creatively address recruitment challenges.
• Develop existing client relationships and generate new business.
• Manage and close complex deals while selling value-add services.
• Take responsibility for key client relationships and resolve issues.
• Build knowledge of clients' organizations and implement recruitment campaigns.
• Source, select, and match candidates with relevant roles.
