Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients to build relationships and identify hiring needs
• Negotiate service agreements and keep clients informed throughout the recruitment process
• Identify and engage top mid-to-senior and executive level candidates
• Manage the recruitment process by introducing candidates to clients and coordinating interviews
• Provide post-placement support to ensure long-term success

Requirements

• University degree or relevant work experience
• Typically two years in a sales environment
• Strong work ethic demonstrated through academic studies or early career positions
