Responsibilities
- Obtain client search engagements and manage the execution process
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Develop and manage new client relationships
- Lead comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate profiles
- Manage recruitment lifecycle from search kick-off through closure
Requirements
- 10+ years in full lifecycle recruiting/business development
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with retained searches for Senior Level Leaders and C-Suite
